A bit about us

Shortlist.

Me is an online presentation and assessment platform that helps coach, assess and select students and job seekers so they can be confident and achieve more.

We partner with a majority of the UK&I Higher Education and Further Education institutions to give their students a winning edge and build the confidence of their students.

We offer a hybrid working model with 1⁄2 day on Friday. When you work it out that's an additional 24 days paid holiday, and that's on top of our standard 25 days

Our commercial hub is in a fantastic office in York city centre and we would like people to be available to get to the office on a fairly regular basis.

As such, while this role will be a mix of home, travel, and office working, we are looking for people that are based within a reasonable commute of York.

What will you be doing?

You will be working alongside our Customer Success Manager to support the growth and expansion of Shortlist.
Me across our customer base.

This role will be a fantastic opportunity for someone keen to develop their career, and who has had some exposure to customer service and success, either within software or another sector.

Below are some of the things you are likely to be doing on a day to day basis:

  • Resolving customer issues and queries on how to use our platform and get the most from it
  • Tracking customer requests through our CRM support pipelines, and progressing issue resolution
  • Providing insight, information, and direction to remove any barriers to customer engagement
  • Following up on agreed activities with customers to ensure they've driven the impact required
  • Producing and reviewing platform utilisation reports
  • Analyse data to spot trends or problems and make suggestions for improving performance
  • Gather case studies, testimonials, and uses cases, and liaise with marketing to share this information across our client base
  • Support site visits when needed to build customer relationships
