Description

Responsibilities:


  • Process administrative aspects of ECO projects, including documentation, reporting, and compliance.
  • Review paperwork for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting errors as needed.
  • Ensure timely submission of paperwork and compliance reports to regulatory authorities and utility companies.
  • Serve as a main point of contact for utility companies, addressing queries and resolving issues related to ECO compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
  • Stay updated on changes to ECO regulations and guidelines, ensuring compliance across all projects.
  • Maintain detailed records of administrative activities, including correspondence with utility companies and regulatory agencies.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on administrative best practices and ECO compliance requirements.

Requirements:


  • Work experience with in the ECO scheme will be advantageous.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a compliance or regulatory environment.
  • Familiarity with ECO schemes and related regulations is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in paperwork and documentation.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Previous experience in the energy or sustainability sector is an advantage.
