Description

A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for a Product Development Analyst for a permanent contract on behalf of our client based in Hackney.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct competitor analysis, interpreting market needs and trends
  • Analyse sellin data across collections
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Director/Sales team to identify and design new collections
  • Own the product development plan from concept to launch
  • Responsible for raw material sourcing and liaising with suppliers, ensuring deadlines are met to avoid delays in production
  • Prepare and manage the master product file and communicate effectively with internal departments
  • Ensure all product specifications are accurate, working closely with IT to ensure the customer portal is up to date
  • Sample management before and after launch

Requirements:


  • Previous experience within the Jewellery manufacturing industry
  • Strong understanding of the product lifecycle process
  • Diamond and Gemstone knowledge
  • Understanding of CAD design
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Team player with a "Can do" attitude
  • Advanced Excel skills

Hours:
Monday to Friday : 8am-5pm
