The key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to
- Dealing with customers on the telephone
- Following up on sales, customer relationships
- Up selling and cross selling new products and services
- Maintaining customer relationships
- Identifying commercial opportunities with existing clients
- Providing customer service dealing with enquiries
