An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 Employee Relations Advisor at the William Harvey hospital.


This position would be an ideal opportunity for an HR practitioner to further their experience in Employee Relations, supporting line managers in a range of areas including sickness absence, disciplinary and grievance (resolution) issues, performance matters and change management.

It involves managing a varied employee relations case load, assisting managers in investigations and acting as the formal HR adviser at hearings.

- a degree with at least one year's generalist HR experience; or
- the Certificate of Personnel Practice with three year's generalist HR experience.

Some knowledge of best employment practice is also essential.

The organisation is currently launching its new improvement focus in the form of an improvement system called We Care.

The We Care System is a fundamentally new model that the organisation will be shifting to, it champions empowerment, promotes innovation and will bolster the connection and collaboration of staff throughout the organisation.
