We have a vacancy for a Receptionist to join our team based in Wolverhampton working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 7.45am to 5.

00pm

You'll be the first point of contact for all visitors and staff to the building providing an excellent first impression.


_You'll need to be able to provide a full and checkable 5 year work/unemployment history and proof of address to meet vetting checks carried out by our client_

You will:


  • Receive high profile visitors who need to be dealt with efficiently, ensuring mínimal delay in them meeting their host or attending their meeting
  • Maintain a friendly and professional service with a strong emphasis on providing the highest levels of customer care
  • Perform basic administration tasks
  • Provide information to visitors in a concise and friendly manner

As a successful Receptionist within our team, you will need:

  • Experience of working in a similar role within a corporate environment.
  • A professional manner with excellent customer service skills
  • Good working knowledge of reception administrative duties
  • Excellent PC skills to include Outlook, Word and Excel
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast moving and challenging reception environment
  • Enthusiasm, flexibility and teamworking skills
