Our client is one of the leading Technology focused Investment Bank with offices worldwide they have an unrivalled deal experience within the growth stage Tech space and also Clean-Tech & Climate-Tech.

They are looking for VPs and a Director (Principal)to Join their team in London who will play a pivotal role in executing large complex deals.


VP Level:


  • 69 Years Investment banking M&A experience from either an Investment Bank, Boutique or Big 4 ideally within a Tech or TMT focused team.
  • Strong deal track record
  • Strong Analytical Skills.
  • Previous experience managing a team of Analysts / Associates

Director (Principal Level):

years M&A Tech experience within an Investment bank, Boutique or Big - Solid track record of completed transactions

  • Want to start building client base and originating deals.
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Good communication skills and a good personality to work in a team culture.
