Description

Our client based in County Durham are looking for experienced Domestic Energy Assessors to carry out EPC's on domestic properties throughout the North East.

Job description:

To assess the energy efficiency of residential properties.
Survey the number and sizes of rooms, floors, corridors, windows, doors and fireplaces within customers homes.
Prepare reports and make recommendations for cost effective ways to improve energy performance.
To produce a final Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's) using computer software.
Explain the information collected and EPC to homeowners.

Person specification:

Level 3 Certificate in Domestic Energy Assessment.
Must have a full UK driving license.
Experience of carrying out EPC's is essential for this role.
Must be qualified and able to undertake EPC's with one of the approved member bodies (Stroma, Elmhurst, ECMK etc).
Good attention to detail.
Strong communication skills.
Flexible, positive approach to work.
