Clinical Negligence Lawyer

PQE:
3+ PQE
LOCATION Norfolk

SALARY:
Dependent on experience

THE ROLE:
The successful Solicitor will become a significant addition to the firm's clinical negligence team.

Working closely with the Head of Department you will be handling your own caseload of claimant clinical negligence claims and possess the ability to deal witha variety of matters including misdiagnosis, problems during childbirth, claims against GPs and private healthcare to name but a few examples.

As the chosen Clinical Negligence Lawyer, you will possess the ability to provide excellent client care and providea sympathetic and supportive approach to cases.

THE CANDIDATE:

The appointed Clinical Negligence Lawyer will be responsible for their own caseload of matters and be able to work independently.

Ideal Clinical Negligence Lawyers will have at least 3 years PQE in handling their own caseload of claimant clinical negligencematters and be looking for a flexible practice where you can see your career flourish.
