The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced events or media salesperson to inherit a lucrative account base, including global law firms and legal service providers, with a focus on driving revenue through selling variouscross-media solutions.
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:-
Selling event sponsorship, digital advertising, and sponsored content across a legal event and B2B media portfolio:
Targeting law firms and legal service providers (e.g.
Legal Saas, BI/research firms, consultancies):
-
Driving new business acquisition (30%) and overseeing the growth and renewal of key existing accounts (70%)
- The Senior BDM will inherit 50 of the largest accounts
The Senior Business Development Manager will be focused on generating revenue within a portfolio of existing client relationships through a combination of up-selling, cross-selling and renewals, as well as sourcing new logo opportunities through self-generatedprospecting.
A key aspect of this position is to develop long-term, strategic relationships with clients to understand future marketing objectives and tailor suitable packages of media or sponsorship solutions.

Requirements:
For this Senior Business Development Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- 2-4 years of B2B sales experience within the events or digital media industry
- background selling event sponsorship packages, digital ads, content marketing solutions
- Previous account management experience growth and renewal of existing B2B client relationships
- A proactive, switchedon, and solutionorientated salesperson who is confident running the entire sales cycle from leadgen to close.
