The Role:


Salary:
£16,000 - £21,000 (dependent on experience)

Full time

Permanent Contract

Location:
Cheshunt, Hertfordshire

Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with 1 hour lunch

About the role:


Previous customer interaction experience is desirable but not essential although you will be expected to bring a positive, people orientated approach to everything you do.

You will relish being part of a truly customer focussed team.

In return, you will receive full training to become licensed to sell and administer NFU Mutual products in a friendly and supportive environment.

About You:


  • Ability to thrive in a busy team working environment.
  • Interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and other team members.
  • An enthusiasm to learn.
  • Confident, friendly telephone manner as well as the ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Good IT skills basic knowledge of Microsoft word and excel.
  • Enjoy problem solving and working as part of team.
  • Be prompt, reliable and trustworthy.
  • We require a minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English at Grade C/4 or above.
