Joe's Ice Cream Ltd at the East Gate Retail Quarter in Llanelli
Working week is
Monday - Sunday.

Alternate weekend work is required so one weekend you will be working and the following you will have the full weekend off.

Our parlour is open until 7pm during the summer months so some evening work will be required on a fair rota basis.

Some shifts will be and others

The daily tasks will be:

Excellent customer service

Supervision of staff and task delegation

Cash handling

Daily cash reconciliation

Stock management

Cleaning all areas of the parlour

Be energetic - our parlours and teams are busy

Be keen and enthusiastic

Have a "hands-on" approach to work

Lead by example

Support and motivate team members

Confidently communicate

Deal with customer complaints in an effective manner

Be a team player

Be trustworthy, reliable and punctual

In return, you will:

Be part of a close parlour team and more widely a medium sized company of ice cream lovers and Joe's enthusiasts

Receive full in-house training on ice cream production and our processes.

Be supported by your manager, your reporting Director and the other parlour teams. We share insight across the board.

Make a lot of people smile. We take pride in the Joe's moments that are important in our loyal customers' lives

Salary:
£9.50-£11.00 per hour
