up to £26,500 per annum plus performance-related bonuses_

A well established and growing accountancy firm with offices in Canary Wharf and Cambridge, and with a reputation for high-quality service, is seeking to recruit up to two 1st Line/Desktop Support persons.

The firm provides services to a wide range of clients,from small and medium size growth businesses and individuals to multi-national corporations.


A fantastic opportunity for an experienced or aspiring Windows desktop support professional, this role requires support for the company's users and systems, and reports to Manager level.

You will be working in a small but very busy IT department.

Essentials

  • Full UK driving license
  • An proven understanding of PC maintenance
  • Understanding documentation
  • Responsible for PC, laptop and smartphones maintenance
  • PC upgrading and building
  • Good verbal and written communication and reporting ability
  • Responsible, proactive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Must be a clear communicator and team player
  • Eager learner who has a cando attitude
  • Information security awareness

Other Information:

  • Remuneration package includes a basic salary and performance bonuses, reviewed biannually, approved contributory pension
