This important role is to help support and navigate patients, their families and carers through cancer pathways ensuring that the service's prime aim is to be patient-focused and proactive in seeing that the patient receives the very best cancer pathway experience within the shortest time frame with continual communication and support.

The role requires someone with exceptional organisational skills who can demonstrate great communication and in interpersonal skills. A caring and sensitive attitude is essential as you will be dealing with patients, their families and carers. The individual will be expected to work independently within the appropriate policies and procedures for the service.
