About the Team Hiring
The Order Operation UK team oversees processing orders from the moment they are approved by the sales team in the CRM system until the
- billing.

  • The team ensure the smooth running of orders with suppliers as well as internal orders.

Overview
The order operation ensures the proper processing of orders validated by sales department, the purchase orders and delivery from the
- supplier and the billing of the customer

Key Responsibilities

  • Check the conformity of the orders with internal procedures (Amount, Discount, Mandatory indication, Legal compliance)
  • Process order through our internal system
  • Check customer delivery
  • Customer billing


  • Fast order processing

  • No orders left out
  • Detection of noncompliant elements
  • Check delivering orders accuracy
