Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Apprentice to join our Beccles practices.

We are a very busy group of 3 Private/NHS dental practices with a great team of dedicated dental professionals all striving the deliver excellent patient care.

You will be working and learning 4 days between the 3 practices, and have allocated off the Job training time.

What will you be doing -

Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression
Supporting the reception team with the smooth running of the practice
Using the computer to update patient records, and accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
Making patients aware of our dental services and offers
Booking and amending appointments
Other reception/admin duties

Applicants _
must have_ GCSEs at grades C/4 or above (or equivalent) in Maths and English.

If you have a genuine interest in the welfare of patients, excellent organisational skills, a calm & confident manner, then we want to hear from you.
