Key Responsibilities
**_
Minerals & Waste_**- Working for 3 team members (2 directors)

  • Invoices
  • Dictation (for Martin) case sheets, file notes, letters
  • Copy typing
  • Opening/setting up jobs on CRM
  • Opening/setting up jobs on VWS
  • Approving payments on APR
  • Adding/keeping uptodate the fee forecast
  • Overseeing time and disbursements
  • Archiving files
  • Diary invites/Team meetings
  • Promap & Land Registry
  • General admin duties to help the running of the department

_ Planning_

  • Invoicing
  • Filling in their billing sheet, which records their fees and business generation.
  • Help put together letters for their clients
  • Greet their clients and grab teas/coffees accordingly
  • In addition to the tasks described above, the job holder may be required to carry out other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time._
