YOUR ROLE


Our Operation in Barton-under-Needwood is looking for a focused and customer-centric Shipping Coordinator, who will ensure that all shipments are executed effectively and efficiently to meet and exceed customer and CEVA's expectations.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?


Reporting into Warehouse Shift Manager you will ensure accurate records are made and maintained and that all tasks are completed in accordance to the policies and procedures.

You will establish and maintain a good teamwork environment.

You will create job files on internal system and add documents, ensure all pre alerts received on the day are created into jobs by end of day.

You will prepare and process Import and Export documentation and update relevant systems. You will create a culture of continuous improvement and establish great relationship with the client.

The shift pattern for this role is Monday to Friday start time week - 07:00-15:30/ week - 09:00-17:30.
