Description

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the NRM system in accordance with national and international regulations and standards.
  • Oversee the identification, referral, and support of potential victims of human trafficking and modern slavery.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including law enforcement agencies, NGOs, and other relevant organizations.
  • Ensure that all referrals are managed effectively, and that victims receive the appropriate support and protection.
  • Ensure that accurate and up-to-date records are maintained, and that data protection regulations are adhered to.
  • Develop and deliver training and awareness-raising activities to relevant stakeholders.
  • Participate in relevant networks, conferences, and meetings to represent the organization and share best practices.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a related field, with a focus on human trafficking and modern slavery.
  • Experience in managing or coordinating programs or projects.
  • Good understanding of national and international regulations and standards relating to human trafficking and modern slavery.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • High level of attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Please not this is a fixed term contract until 31st March 2024, with the potential and expectation that the required funding will be extended beyond this date.
