Job Description:
About the Business Division:
Since our inception in 2013, Remedium have championed the recruitment of permanent healthcare professionals, supporting our clients to drive more efficient and consistent patient-led care, address future healthcare workforce staffing demands and reduce excessive agency locum spend.
Overall Job Responsibility:
- To assist our Remedium Partners with finding excellent clinicians and healthcare workers to staff their business.
- Create recruiting strategies and build relationships.
MAIN DUTIES:
- Effective client management, including vacancy identification and correspondence.
- Manage 360 process independently.
- Fewer than 12% withdrawals.
- Champion the Remedium Values.
- Develop a solid understanding of the public healthcare sector, including the NHS.
- Work towards exceeding targets and KPIs.
- Sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking.
- Manage interviews and client expectations effectively.
- Conduct visits to clients on site to nurture relationships and gain understanding of needs.
- Complete the Company's personal development review as required.
- Any other appropriate jobrelated duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 12+ months of recruitment experience (externally or with Remedium Partners).
- Evidence of a solid sales or recruitment track record.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- The ability to gain client confidence and be persuasive, persistent, and patient in their dealings.
- A flexible and adaptable attitude.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
