Starting Salary of £22k | Hybrid with Access to Exeter | Salary bonus scheme


Do you pride yourself on delivering excellent service to customers? Do you have strong administration and organisational skills? If so, an expanding Exeter-based fleet management company are seeking a Technical Customer Service Advisor to join their team.


Technical Customer Advisor responsibilities include:
-


  • Management of the company portal, fleet setup changes, raising portal issues and informing customers of problems, updates, and changes
  • Coordinate inbound customer queries and assign 'cases' to colleagues through Salesforce (CRM)
  • Take incoming calls on the main Customer Support phone line, from different company users including fleet managers, drivers, engineers, general queries, or potential new customers
  • Responsible for the requirements of between 10 and 50 fleet accounts 5,000 to 15,000 vehicles

Technical Customer Advisor requirements include:

  • Excellent customer relations skills and the ability to multitask/deliver under pressure
  • Experience in using Salesforce (desirable but not essential)
  • Selfmotivated and highly organised
  • A problem solver and able to use their own initiative
  • Experience in Automotive services would be advantageous
