**About the role

Advantage Healthcare are looking for experienced healthcare assistants, who are compassionate, kind and supportive, to become part of our proud team.

We require support in the Catterick Garrison area, for a client with complex needs.

Staff supporting this client will provide support within his own home and will be working alongside his current care team.

As part of the support team at Advantage you will be responsible for:

Providing excellent person centred care in a sensitive and confidential manner.
Understanding and adhering to care plans.
Being able to work in a professional manner with all healthcare professionals involved in the care of the service user.
Promoting both selfcare and selfmanagement.

The service user requires support with the following, assistance with tracheostomy care, mobility, administration of medication as instructed in the care plan (this can include, monitoring self-medication, the prompting of medication and the administrationof medication) and personal care.
