Are you a recent graduate looking to gain experience working closely with Educational Psychologists, Occupational Therapists and SENCos in an Educational setting?
Do you have a passion for working with and supporting mental health and challenging behaviour?
Create Education are looking to speak with enthusiastic graduates for some exciting opportunities working with SEN students in an OFSTED Rated Good Alternative Provision in the London Borough of Ealing.
The schools are truly outstanding provisions in Ealing that cater for and work with KS1 and KS2 students between with mixed learning levels and has a fantastic track record for working with SEN students.
The successful Behaviour Mentor would ideally be experienced with or willing to work with ASD, ADHD, SEMH and other kinds of challenging behaviour.
The role will be working 1:1 with students who need extra support throughout the day. The will have a sensory and speech and language aspect, some students are nonverbal. Experience with challenging behaviour and ASD is preferred in this role, as the students are known to be challenging.The placement will be for the whole academic year, starting from September.

- Recent Graduate in any discipline school is particularly interested in speaking with Psychology, Sociology and Criminology Graduates.
