To be considered for this role, CassonX are looking to identify some who is highly proficient with Mortgage Backed Securities (MBS) Operations / Middle Office processes, especially as this role will helping them move into the MBS market for the first time.

You will have sound knowledge of the trade lifecycle processes for MBS products, including exposure to back-to-back and international margin processes, but wider knowledge of either Asset Backed Securities and Repo products is beneficial.

Acting as the SME in MBS for the lifecycle team, you will be required to help build the BAU Operations processes for the MBS traders.

This will include making sure everything is booked, captured, on the books and records system and thus settled.

This rolewill be quite low volume in comparison to other products they trade, but given that there is no system for this yet, you will be asked to help define the manual processes for this exciting role.

You may be asked to help with the US Securities teams at quietertimes, and assist the Director with making sure that Operations can support MBS trading activities.
