I am looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our well respected client in Manchester City Centre on a permanent basis starting IMMEDIATELY


As a Customer Service Advisor your duties will include -

  • Acting as a point of contact for customers
  • Building outstanding work relationships with clients and contractors within the business
  • Controlling and updating critical business issues daily
  • Updating systems for complete transparency
  • Ensuring all jobs called in is processed in a timely manner
  • Dealing with challenges in a proficient way
- being able to hit business KPIs


Experience as a Customer Service Advisor preferred-

  • Experience on a Facility Management Helpdesk
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Good listening skills and attention to detail
  • Confident and efficient
  • Articulate in multitasking
  • A great sense of selfmotivation, ambition and determination
  • Ability to achieve desired results both individually and as a part of a team
  • Good selfmanagement skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively

Working Hours -
Our full time positions are around 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8:00-17:00 hybrid

2 x days in office/ 3 x days WFH

**Weekly Pay £ 11.78 per hour
