Contract to start until with a possible extension.

Working in a busy contact centre environment, successful applicants will part of a friendly team answering varied call types and resolving where appropriate.

Working various shifts between the hours of 8am-5pm Monday-Friday, we are looking for applicants who want to make a real difference to our residents

The role is currently completely office based.

Skills
(HCC) A proven commitment to high levels of customer service

(HCC) A sound knowledge of communication and customer care skills

(HCC) Experience of using a wide range of computerised packages.
