Do you have experience working in agriculture and woodland management?

Looking for your next challenge ?

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a skilled operator on a progressive 300 acre arable and livestock family farm in Lincolnshire.

The role will involve all aspects of woodland management, ground works, fencing and some small to medium scale livestock management.

Mechanical knowledge and workshop experience would be very advantageous.

You will be able to take responsibility, take initiative and pay close attention to detail.

There will be involvement in all aspects of the farm, working closely with the owner and the other farm staff.

What we are looking for:

Previous experience in agriculture/farming/woodland would be beneficial including animal care and welfare.
A forklift/tractor certificate would be desirable.
Sound up to date practical experience of modern farming and animal care is desirable.
Previous workshop experience is desired but not essential; however, you must have the willingness to learn.
Capable of maintaining the farm to high standards.
Excellent communication skills and good IT (or willing to learn)
You will be comfortable working as part of a team and working solo.
Full driving licence essential, category H would be desirable.
A good sense of humour is essential
