To assist with facilitation of Fire Safety training to ensure Trust-wide compliance with statutory and mandatory training.

This would involve leading training sessions for staff; either face to face or remotely, and assisting with the development of new training materials.

To assist with facilitation of the Fire Safety training requirements for Medway NHS Foundation Trust in line with targets set by the CQC.

To assist with facilitation of Fire Safety training to ensure Trust-wide compliance with statutory and mandatory training.

This would involve leading training sessions for staff; either face to face or remotely, and assisting with the development of new training materials.

To assist in the development and review of Fire Safety related policies, standard-operating procedures and protocols.

To audit weekly Fire Safety checks across Trust departments.

To maintain and update a register of training records.

To learn and assist with Fire Safety investigations as per incident reports on DATIX.

To provide statistical fire information for internal and external purposes.

To maintain a register of current fire risk assessments.

To assist in ensuring current risk assessments and evacuation plans are distributed across all areas of the Trust.

Negotiate and effectively communicate with all members of the Fire Safety team.
