My client in Huntingdon is seeking a customer service administrator to join them on a full-time permanent basis.
Working within a fast-paced customer service team, you will be supporting the team as an administrator while also carrying out reception duties.
Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Providing prompt and accurate advice.
- Meet and greet visitors.
- Taking and relaying messages.
- Completing administration tasks from other departments.
- Updating database.
- Photocopying / scanning and other clerical support.
- Coordinating meeting rooms.
