A newly created role within the HR team of an established and prominent professional services firm based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

Joining in the role of L&D Advisor, you will work closely with the HR Director in a visible role across the firm.

You may come from a generalist HR role with a keen interest in the learning and development arena or perhaps an L&D professional keen to get stuckinto a new project with some influence to implement an L&D Strategy across all levels of a business.

The firm is not new to L&D currently having a committed approach to learning and development in terms of best practice frameworks, performance review and assisting employees with their professional qualifications both as studiers as well as CPD.

This newly created job is the natural step demonstrating their strong commitment towards learning and development as does the healthy allocated budget
