A youthful, multi-disciplinary consultancy with a wealth of progression opportunities are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their London office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The Directors are seeking a confident Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on and at times lead, residential and student accommodation focused projects across the South.

Depending on the Senior Quantity Surveyor's location and desire to travel, there is also the opportunity to work on a £150M+ science project around the Cambridge area.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

5+ years' Quantity Surveying experience
UK cost management / cost consultancy work experience
Confident and adaptable character
Pre and post contract knowledge
MRICS would be a bonus
