Clinical Lead (RGN)
Location - Bromsgrove, Birmingham
Setting - Care Home
Salary - £24.00 Per Hour
Shifts - Flexible Shifts

Time recruitment are excited to announce an exciting opportunity in the Bromsgrove area of Birmingham for an RGN to work within a fantastic care home with excellent career development opportunities.

The client is a 31 bedded service specialising in care for older residents with dementia and additional physical disabilities. It provides excellent care and has bespoke in-house training for all its staff. In addition to all this there are great benefits providedto all nursing staff, such as;

Key Duties

Managing Clinical standards within the home and maintaining NMC standards
Working with the home manager to achieve high standards of care for the residents.
Supporting other staff nurses in their clinical duties and offering advice and training for new staff
Keeping up to date with audits of residents and actively planning care
