Applicants are offered a PAYE (Pay As You Earn) zero-hour contract however there are plenty of shifts available. Shifts are generally 6-8 Hours long depending on the terminal and shift the applicant is allocated to. Our terminal managers are very flexible with shift allocating shifts based upon availability.


This is a unique opportunity to join our ever growing BA team at London Heathrow, You will become a integral part of highly motivated team to deliver world class customer service.

You will be primarily accountable for mixing, serving and finally driving sales to achieve set targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • To be the face of our brand partner portfolio.
  • To be an expert on our brand portfolio
  • Responsible for proactively engage and educate our customers of our brands to maximise sales.
  • Influencing brand relationships and build strong links.
  • Report daily sales and complete necessary feedback documents.
  • Manage daily, weekly and monthly sales to drive and achieve set targets.
  • Liaise with Terminal Mangers to update performance in a timely manner.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

From £12.50 per hour
