The Remit
Use Financial expertise and commercial acumen to provide data, insights and challenge to support the Senior Leadership Team to make informed financial decisions acting as a conduit between finance and the rest of the organisation.
Core duties include:
- Work with Assistant Management Accountant & other team members to produce month end accounts in an accurate and timely manner
- Board reporting & commentary
- Develop & maintain KPI reports
- Strategy & forecasting
- Ensure financial reporting deadlines are met
- Provide financial oversight on new investment opportunities
- Effective communication of relevant financial matters including Board members, the Regulator of Social Housing, Funders / Landlors, Local Authorities
