Support Worker opportunity in Telford, Shropshire

The role

Gray Healthcare has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Support Worker to join their team in Telford, supporting a young gentleman in his 20's with a mild learning disability and Autism.

The person supported is non-verbal and responds well to softly spoken calm individuals who will understand the routines in place and the communication needs.

The person we support enjoys going out in the car, being outdoors in a safe environment and participatingin activities such as swimming and using my trampoline.

The support is provided in a house in Telford, Shropshire and the team is 2-to-1 support by a mixed team of both male and female Support Workers.

The vacancy is for
24 hours/week. The shifts will be 12 hours for
days or nights.

As a Support Worker, you will be key in supporting adults with complex needs within their own home and within the community.
