Are you an experienced and passionate Behaviour Specialist Teaching Assistant, looking for a new challenge in a supportive and friendly primary school? Look no further


Tradewind Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a Behaviour Specialist Teaching Assistant to join a village primary school in the East Riding of Yorkshire.

This is a 1:1 role, where you will work closely with a student who requires additional supportto manage their behaviour and make positive educational progress.


  • Strong experience working with children who have challenging behaviours, and a proven track record of successfully managing and reducing these behaviours
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff and parents
  • A patient, understanding and positive attitude, with the ability to work proactively and independently
  • Relevant qualifications and training in behaviour management, such as Team Teach or equivalent
  • A commitment to making a real difference in the lives of children and young people.
