Description
As we move through 2023, OCU group continues on a path of significant growth.

This means our teams are expanding, which has opened an opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join the Change Management team in our Stockport Head Office.

The purpose of the role is to provide vital support to the Project Managers and other Project resources. There will also be the opportunity to take control over the Coordination and delivery of new projects.


Responsibilities:


  • Organising key meetings on behalf of the Head of Change Management and the team.
  • Providing vital support to Project Managers and other Project resources.
  • Data entry.
  • Supporting the Change Management Team's projects by assisting on businesscritical activity.
  • Book, Facilitate, and Deliver training where required.
  • Supporting business users and staff through system implementations.
  • Manage and update the Change Management Team Process Library audit document/control access.
  • Project administration.
  • Learn how to use and understand how operational staff use business critical systems.
  • Collating weekly reports from the Team.
  • Creating and maintaining project documentation.

  • Diary management.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Basic Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication, both written and verbal.
  • Basic report writing.
  • Data entry.
  • Interest and ability to pick up new systems and business processes quickly.
  • Disciplined to work independently, where required and achieve objectives.
  • A full clean UK Driving Licence.

Requirements:


  • Work in our Stockport office with potential travel to Leeds, Wigan, Deeside, and Manchester on critical projects.
