Graduate Commercial Scheme Role:
The Graduate Commercial Scheme is structured to provide you with a key understanding of all the elements, that give you the best opportunity to succeed and progress within the role
During your placement you will rotate across the below three functions to develop the relevant
commercial, sales and product knowledge to be successful within the programme.

Warehouse/Distribution:
Starting your placement here, this is key for developing product knowledge and gaining that initial industry experience.

Working closely with other team members, this part of your placement is the foundation of your knowledge to understand the products, commonorders, margin opportunities and how sales can be maximised.


Counter/Sales:
Within this part of your placement you will become experts on the counter, demonstrating strong selling skills. Individual sales performance, driving new business opportunities and maximising customer spend are all key measures

Assistant Manager:
Start to develop the leadership skills within the role, whilst continuing to generate new business opportunities. This is a key rotation to demonstrate commercial awareness and develop towards being a PCM.

Graduate Commercial Scheme Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level
  • Full, clean UK driving license
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to take responsibility and make decisions
  • You'll have confidence, initiative and a willingness to learn
  • A team player, who can also work independently
  • Selfmotivated, with a strong desire to succeed in your career
