Description
We are currently seeking a Call Centre Representative to join our team.

As a Call Centre Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer inquiries or issues.


Duties:


  • Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products or services
  • Resolve customer inquiries or issues promptly and effectively
  • Utilise phone etiquette skills to ensure positive customer interactions
  • Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products

Skills:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment

Salary:
From £24,791.99 per year
