Description
We are currently seeking a Call Centre Representative to join our team.As a Call Centre Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer inquiries or issues.
Duties:
- Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products or services
- Resolve customer inquiries or issues promptly and effectively
- Utilise phone etiquette skills to ensure positive customer interactions
- Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
Salary:
From £24,791.99 per year
