Jackson Hogg are delighted to be partnering with our Rotherham based client in search for several platers to join their operation on a permanent basis.

Our client is a leading provider of heat transfer and pressure vessel, machining and welding solutions. With a large presence within the Oil & Gas Sector, Renewables and Chemicals.


Duties:


  • Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- prepare steel and other metal plates and sections for cutting, drilling and welding

  • Lay out reference points and patterns on heavy metal according to component specifications
  • Provide instruction to welders
  • Assist with other areas within fabrication

Working pattern:

  • Monday to Friday day shift
  • 39.5 hours per week
  • Overtime at time a half after 1pm Friday
  • Double time after 12pm Saturday

Permanent


Salary:
£17.12-£34.24 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 39.5 per week
