Think Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be working with a local yet international business based in Milton Keynes to help them sourcing for an experienced Accounts Assistant on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract basis.


This rapidly growing organisation is looking for an Accounts Assistant, to support all Accounts Receivable and Payable functions with data entry, as well as supporting the Finance team, and wider organisation with various key administrative duties.


Key Responsibilities

  • Accounts Receivable & Payable
  • Invoicing, Statements, Queries, Credits
  • Processing of receipts
  • Processing supplier invoices and dealing with queries
  • Regularly checking outstanding goods received for missing invoices
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Employee expenses
  • Other tasks including, but not limited to
  • Posting credit card statement
  • Issuing weekly exchange rates
  • Skills and Experience Required:

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:


  • Minimum two years accounting experience
  • Confident communicator, both internally and externally
  • Numerical and analytical
  • A cando attitude with a flexible approach, a multitasker with strong attention to detail
