Clinical Negligence Solicitor

Altrincham

Salary DOE

Hybrid Working

I am, currently representing a fantastic Legal 500 law firm who are on the market for experienced Clinical Negligence Fee Earners or Solicitors to join a busy Clinical Negligence department.


The Clinical Negligence role will include:
Discussing and agreeing case tactics and planning with the Team Leaders.
Identifying cases which are ready for LOC, settlement and service within the team.
Management of a caseload in a proactive commercial manner.
Overseeing the documentation and correspondence produced by the team.

The skills and Experience Required:

Experience if handling a medical negligence caseload.
Excellent organisational and time management.
Excellent communication and drafting skills.
Ability to work well within a team.
Excellent client care.
