We are currently looking for an IFA Support Administrator to join our clients, an established independent, chartered financial planning firm, based in Liverpool.

Working hours:

As an IFA Support Administrator, you'll be required to work Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm. This is a full-time role, but my clients will also consider someone on a part-time basis.


The successful IFA Support Administrator will be offered:

  • £20,000
  • £25,000
  • Life Cover 4x salary.
  • Critical Illness 2x salary.

  • Income Protection 75% of salary (plus pen contributions at 4% scheme salary and NI contributions at the not contracted out rate).

  • All statutory bank holidays and 25 days paid holidays.
  • Discretionary bonuses twice a year (depending on personal and company performance).

As an IFA Support Administrator, your role will involve the following:

  • Telephone.
  • Post.
  • Filing/Diary.
  • General office tidiness.
  • Greeting visitors.
  • Data input.
  • Obtaining information from Financial Institutions.
  • Project work.
