Salary - £23,000 - £26,000 plus £20k OTE

Permanent, Full time

The Business Growth Executive (BGE) is responsible for driving and developing the commercial side of the business. They must identify opportunities and build long-term partnerships with accounts, in order to increase company revenue and maximise profitability.

They should demonstrate a commitment to continuously upskill and grow within the role.

Above all they must have an acute sense of commercial awareness. Be able to evaluate current performance and find ways to help drive their territory to reach its full potential.


Key Responsibilities of the Business Growth Executivecould this be you?

  • Responsible for all new and existing PST business, including colleges within your territory.
  • Develop and implement an appropriate journey plan, which will drive priority needs of the business, incorporating both physical and virtual meetings, to ensure consistent, regular contact with all accounts.
  • You are required to keep up to date on all Dermalogica products, services and offerings through continued education.
  • Accountable for achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets through the successful management of accounts within territory.
  • Identify, analyse, implement, and monitor bespoke business plans to achieve maximum potential from every account.
  • Exceptional market, geography, and territory knowledge.
  • You are expected to know your competition, in order to surpass them.
  • You will conduct the necessary market analysis needed to identify the company ́s current position and stay up to date with the latest industry trends.
  • Build a reputation as the BGE who drives change.
  • Have a strong understanding of the overall business strategy and develop opportunities to achieve goals.
  • Internally presenting new ideas regularly.
  • Externally driving new ways to work in partnership PST.
  • Attend and assist in the planning and execution of promotional events.
  • Create a strong brand reflective presence across social platforms.

Do you have the below skills?

  • Strong commercial experience
  • Sales background, ideally within the beauty industry
  • Qualified therapist is preferred but not essential.
  • A BGE will need to have strong research and strategic analysis skills. Using commercial awareness, be able to evaluate current performance and how to maximize profitability.
  • Strong communication skills are apparent. You are required to communicate, present, and assert yourself. You may also be required to cold call prospects with confidence in order to gain new accounts.

Role Information

  • This will be a full time, permanent position based within the North West covering the following counties, Staffordshire, Merseyside, Cheshire, North Wales, Anglesey, Conwy, Flintshire, Denbighshire, Wrexham, Gwynedd
  • 35 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday 9am 5pm
  • Own a reliable car
  • Mileage allowance
  • Have a clean, valid UK / Irish driving licence
  • Lives within territory
