Full Time, 35 hours per week

Fixed Term Contract (36 months)

The Opportunity:


The School of Economics is growing and is seeking to appoint a Post-Doctoral Researcher to undertake high quality research, knowledge exchange, and capacity building activities supporting the UKRI/ERC grant 'Multidimensional Sorting with Imperfectly Transferable Utility'.

The role will involve data collection, analysis, assisting in the generation of publications and supporting the coordination of the project.


Your skills and attributes for success:

  • Have a PhD in Economics or be within six months of completion of a PhD.
  • Must be able to demonstrate an existing or developing record of research with potential for publication in leading peerreviewed journals in economics.
  • Will have demonstrated the ability to make an outstanding contribution to the research activities and intellectual life of the School of Economics.
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
