Product Marketing Manager required to join leading European HR Software Provider in this newly created position.

You will have worked in a product marketing position within B2B software/technology and looking for an opportunity to shape your own role.


Location:

Remote - UK based - they have an office in London if you want to go in but do not have to.


Salary:
£45K - £60K depending on experience plus benefits


The role


This is a brand-new role and offers the opportunity to take a lead in raising their product marketing activities to a new level and make a real impact on the success of the business.


Joining a fast-growing team you will work closely with marketing, sales and development teams, champion the service and software, craft stories and collateral, and take their message to market in a way that inspires and engages HR professionals and drivescustomer acquisition and retention.


Skills and experience

  • 35 years' experience in a similar role in B2B technology.
  • Experience with HR solutions would be great, if not then any of the following software solutions: Payroll, Recruitment, Learning, Attendance or CRM.
  • 2+ years of copywriting with proven experience in positioning and messaging
  • Strong storytelling and presentation abilities.
  • Able to create compelling content across multiple formats including videos and webinars.
  • Excellent spoken and written English, comfortable presenting online as well as face to face.
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to manage your own time.
  • Analytical and creative, and able to analyse and learn from the activities you manage.
  • Able to collaborate effectively working remotely and comfortable working remotely.
