Haddington - Visiting Support - One to One

We are seeking an organised and focused person to join a small team providing to provide day support to to individuals in their own homes.

The role is to support with daily tasks and develop skills for them to manage their individual homes, daily living and to explore new activities in their local community.

This is one to one support and involves lone working, ability to motivate and encourage consistency with an enthusiastic approach would be a key skill required.

To provide holistic, needs led support the shift pattern is from variable and operates on a pattern from Monday to Sunday.

We are seeking one 21 hour post and two 15 hour posts to meet the needs of these two gentlemen.
