An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Wirral University Teaching Hospital on a permanent basis.
The post holder will work as part of a team to maintain an accurate booking system for all patients attending the Outpatients Department.
The role is part of Access and Performance and requires enthusiasm and flexibility, as well as a willingness to adapt to change.
Although English and Maths at level 2 is not required for the role, it is a requirement to complete the apprenticeship and need to be in place by the end of the apprenticeship.
If you do not hold or cannot evidence English and Maths at level 2 then support will be provided for the successful applicant(s) as part of the Trust's apprenticeship offer.
Whilst this role is being advertised as a permanent position, there is an expectation that the successful applicant must complete all elements of the apprenticeship.
Upon completion of the apprenticeship and providing all additional milestones are met, the successful applicant will be issued a permanent contract.
Working under the supervision of the Business Support Manager to arrange 1st Outpatient clinic appointments.Manage the outpatient waiting list to ensure all patients are booked in chronological order and outpatient procedures followed.
