Customer Service Specialist

£23,000 - £26,000 Depending on experience (Must have worked in financial services for a minimum of 1 year)

Monday to Friday - 8:00am - 4:30pm, 1 in every 4 Saturdays but you can work from home - 8:30 - 4:30

Nottingham city centre - Office based apart from when working a Saturday

We are recruiting for a best-in-class UK Finance Company who have several exciting career opportunities to join their team on a full time basis.

Essential Skills

Must have worked in financial services for a minimum of 1 year
Ability to manage outbound calls whilst being able to take your share of inbound calls
Ability to deal with general customer queries in a timely and professional manner
Strong attention to detail
Selfmotivated individuals who take pride in what they do, demonstrate good manners and problemsolving skills.
Ability to have sensitive conversations, show empathy whilst remaining professional and polite.
Experience of lending, collections, credit files, customer service roles.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
