Our client is a well established Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain company based in Blackpool looking for an energetic and driven Customer Service Team Leader to join their team.


Duties of the Customer Service Team Leader:

  • Manage the relationship between the customer service team and other departments
  • Support continuous development and improvement of processes
  • Maintain and update the CRM database
  • Take ownership of your personal objectives and development
  • Handling customer requests and complaints in a professionally and timely manner to resolution
- managing KPI and order reports

  • Computer Literacy
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Upbeat and organised
  • Passion for providing solutions and motivated by achieving targets
